Welcome to the Bright Lights pre-release, the format for this event is sealed where you will gain 4 Bright Lights booster packs to create a minimum 30 card or a maximum 40 card deck. All tokens will be provided by the store, entry fee will be $30 dollars and lots of prizes will be handed out during the event. Players will also receive 2 additional participation packs just for showing up!
